Summer Body Confidence- 8 weeks
In the weight watchers meeting yesterday we were talking about summer body confidence and what we might do over the next 8 weeks to get active and help our weight loss. We were encouraged to set a weight loss goal for the next 8 weeks to help us keep on track, and to visualise what we might look like in 8 weeks' time.
So, what is your 8 week goal?
Mine is to lose 8lbs over the next 8 weeks bringing my weight down to 13st 8lbs on the week beginning 8th July 2013.

I'll take any weight loss but it would be great to have lost 10lbs in 8 weeks time (I will then *just* be in the healthy BMI range). I've only just (sat) started ww pp as the next phase of my weight-loss journey and this phase definitely includes upping the exercise so hopefully I will be a lot fitter then too.

It is achievable, that's roughly 2lb a week loss which is the maximum weight watchers recommend.

Weigh-ins:
1: 17th April -3lb (moved down into lower stone bracket!)
2: 24th April - 1.5lb (total 4.5lbs - slower than I hoped but it's going the right way!)
3: 1st May -4lb (sooooo surprised, but VERY happy with that). Total loss so far = 8.5lbs 
4: 8th May +1/2 lb - gutted :-( Worked really hard on the food and I introduced exercise this week. Boo hoo :-(
5: 15th May +1lb - even more gutted than last week. No exercise but I watched my points like a HAWK!!! Total loss so far = 7lbs :-(
