Good morning all.

I am new here :wave_cry: nd need to lose about 1 stone. I managed to lose some on my own but I have now found that I seem to be on haribo/cadbury/walkers diet!!!!! I just pick throughout the day.
I struggle as I am not strict enough on myself and thought joining you on here may inspire me with recipes etc and give me a kick up the bum to stick to it.

Off to read some diaries and get some inspiration from you all.
