I've been doing sw half heartedly on and off for 7 years now and I'm still where I started. I did ww about 8 years ago for 2 months where I lost 2 stone then fell pregnant.
I decided to do sw cos I could cook without weighing and everyone could eat it but it's not working and I'm not working at it.
Is Ww any easier to cook for whole family? I kinda think I need a new plan to feel motivated about and do it?
Can anyone help?
