Anyone who has seen my recent threads will known that I have been struggling to control binges and just generally with my eating and diet.
After taking on board advice given I have finally stuck within my points for 2 days. I know this isnt much but I have to start somewhere :-)
Just wanted to say thank you to those who took the time to reply and helping me get back on track its much appreciated x

Yay well done! Just take one meal at a time, one day at a time and next thing you'll know you will have completed a week
Well done whether you make little steps or big jumps you'll get to the same place! So just take it at your own pace x

3. Get back to my gold member weight of 9st 11lbs.
4. Get back to my lowest weight of 9st 8lbs.
5. Lose a stone in total since Aug 2013 => 9st 2.5lbs
