Day 3 and struggling
I'm struggling today, I have 18lbs to get to my goal weight. My jeans don't fit my clothes look rubbish and yet it hasn't deterred me from yaffling a 125g of mini fingers along with my breakfast!
I have used my 27 daily points already and I have 14 weekly points left but I can't help but feel I'm failing already.
Any pearls of wisdom?

Check you have been drinking enough as hunger can be mistaken for thirst?
Do you plan in advance what you're going to have? If not then give it a try.
It takes time to change your way of thinking but you can do it. Think of the reasons you're doing this. We all have slip ups and go wrong, don't make yourself feel bad about it.
Focus on making the most of zero heroes today to not use all your 14 if you can help it, go for a walk to get some activity and you could try to earn some activity points over the next few days too.
Originally started WW in June 2012 but my meeting closed so I've restarted in August 2013
I really find that planning my meals in advance *really* helps.
I know what my weaknesses are and so if I plan in advance, it is easier to work one or two of these into my day and find more motivation for sticking within my points for the rest of the day..

I have decided to stop the creep and instead joined WeightWatchers September 2013
