Hello everyone. I joined WW last night and have been reading through all the leaflets etc. Started tracking today. Got the App which is fab. got 2 points left to snack on in a while :). Just wanted to know do you lose more weight if you don't have your weeklies or should you eat them??
It varies from person to person. WW is designed so that you lose weight even when you eat all your weeklies! I ate all mine last week and still lost 2lb. Give it a go eating them all and see how much you lose.
A few of us have a saying on here 'More IS More' as we have better losses the more Weeklies we use :-) Its Trial n Error I'm afraid,just have to see what works for you! X
