new to ww
Ive tried all sorts of diets over the years with sucess. I decided to try ww after seeing my neice doing fab on the plan. I have never done this diet before and ive paid for monthly membership. Im on day 2 and so far im feeling grwat apart from needing the loo all the time.
Im doing the propoints at the moment and will do all week and then maybe try the healthy and filling next week.
In an ideal world id love to be 10.7 again but for now im aiming for 11.13.
Hopefully I can stick to plan and lose the weight I usually get bored after a month with lots of preparing so happy I can have ready meals with veg.
Big fingers crossed really want to lose the weight
Welcome and good luck x I started today and so far I like what I see !

I went shopping and my plan is porridge oats with a muller light on plus a piece of fruit for breakfast.
Lunches are either ww soup and ww bread or ww bagel phillidelphia lightest ham and salad with ww cheese puffs and a apple.
Dinners are a ww ready made meal with various veg followed by fruit and a yoghurt
Well thats rougly my plan how ive done it these first few days

It's a plan and one I know I can do for the rest of my life. Portion sizes are much smaller and making much more healthy choices.
