Ive tried all sorts of diets over the years with sucess. I decided to try ww after seeing my neice doing fab on the plan. I have never done this diet before and ive paid for monthly membership. Im on day 2 and so far im feeling grwat apart from needing the loo all the time.
Im doing the propoints at the moment and will do all week and then maybe try the healthy and filling next week.
In an ideal world id love to be 10.7 again but for now im aiming for 11.13.
Hopefully I can stick to plan and lose the weight I usually get bored after a month with lots of preparing so happy I can have ready meals with veg.
