Hiya, wondering if anyone has any advice. Today is the start of my third week. I'm loving weight watchers although admittedly haven't stuck 100percent to plan yet. My problem is weeklies.for example, on Sunday I'm going for a meal, so I was going to keep them all for that. What have I done? Used all but nine this evening. I've done this every weigh day, I've said il ration them over the week, then weigh day comes and I go crazy with them. Then when I realise I've none left I feel deprived so I go into the minus :-( just wondering if this is because I'm still getting used to the novelty of weeklies since I used to just do vintage points. I was lucky and lost six pounds first week and one and a quarter second week, but that won't last if I keep doing this. Sorry, I'm just having a bit of a whinge, I'm a sensible person so I don't know why I'm being so daft about this.
Are you eating enough protein? Do you think you're dipping into your weeklies because you're craving more food/nutrients?
Weeklies can be hugely tempting, i've often used them all and then some!
all I can suggest is to maybe allow yourself 2 or 3 weeklies everyday and then save the rest for special meals out etc
Probably not enough protein to be honest. I think I just crave stuff because I know the weeklies are there, because if I come home from work and know I only have enough left for dinner then that's fine, but tonight for example I picked more while waiting for dinner then ate chocolate even when I was full. I think I just need to remember that they can last seven whole days and aren't going to get stolen on me before that lol
