Fed up! Looking for support and motivation

Hi my name is chelsie.. I have been trying to loseweight for as long as I can remember.. I lost 3 stone with weight watchers but all motivation vanished and I put it all on ( plus an extra stone) I am at the point in my life where I am in need to change desperately . I go on holiday in December and it terrifies me that I will get on the plane and not be able to fasten the seatbelt! How awful would that be! Anyway any tips, support, motivation or even just a chat would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks! :sigh:
 
Hi , i could have write that post :( I'm going in holiday in December too can't even look forward to it for the same reason :( have you much to loose ? I missed the last two weeks and went mental eating :( dreading weigh in Monday. :( xx

Hi chelsie. I lost weight with ww went on holiday then lost all motivation when I came back. That was well over a year ago and I've just got back into it. Start a diary on here it might make you stick to it. Write everything down if you bite it you write it. Take everyday one day at a time if it doesn't go we'll draw a line under it and move on. You could easily lose half a stone or more between now and December and think how much better you will feel. Sort some recipes out and plan your meals that's what I'm doing now. Think about how good you felt last time you lost weight. You know you can do it you have done it before. Hope you can find your motivation soon you will feel so much better when you do.
