Apparently its to do with using your points differently. Not having the same amount every single day. Total up your points for the week, and then have alternate days with high or low points ie if you are on 20 pts per day thats 140 per week. So you could have, say, 15 points one day, 22 another, 20 another, 30 another and so on - just as long as the weeky points aren't exceeded. It is supposed to stop your body from "expecting" the same every day and can help with the weightloss. Hope this helps.

Thanks Cheryl, not sure I could manage the lowest days though - will have to put more thought into it.

I would have thought it was the same as "saving" up to 4 points per day! I was going to give it a try, but I only have 17 a day, and its difficult going too much lower than that lol xx

Ive decided against it but can see the logic. I would be ok on the days you had more points but would really struggle on the low days.
