    coffee lovers/addicts

    Hi all, im new to ww (previous SW dieter) and i drink loads of coffee! just wondering what you guys do with regard to pp your milk? do you take your allowance from your dailies or weeklies?

    I dont really pp it as i only drink two cups a day and use very little milk, but as you drink a lot id say take it from your allowance of milk for the day

    Found out i am Pregnant due 1st December 2014

    I dont drink much coffee or tea I think the most I drink is 5 cups a week and I dont count the milk but I do count it if I have a small costa light, but if I was drinking alot of coffee or tea a day than yes I would point the milk hun xx

    I dont count milk for tea/coffee because its such a small amount and I've had success so far!
