Hi I have been doing ww for 2 weeks now and thoroughly fed with the 2.5lb weight loss would somebody please look at my weeks food and tell me if I,m going wrong any help would be grateful wed 150g potato,s (3)

sorry for long post I also have fruit in between but not loads and I don't drink milk tea or coffee thamks in advance for any help:(
 
Hey and welcome,

Foods sounds good how many point are you meant to be on a day?. Think Curly Wurlys are 3pp and you can get i think up to 19g ketcup for 0pp so if you only use a bit it wont cost you anything, check your brand through as they are all different.

thankyou for your reply I,m on 26 a day I have cut out wine and lager and takeaways and have stuck to it 100% so am very disappointed with 2.5lbs in 2 weeks considering what I was eating before!
 
Did you eat your weeklies, some people find that when they eat their weeklies they lose more weight other find eating only some of them or none of them help more. Do you do much exercise?
 
U say ur on 26pp a day. So that indicates that u don't have a huge amount to lose am I right? Maybe that's why your losses are small?
 
thankyou for your replies I weighed in at 11st 9.5lbs like to get to 10st7lbs so at least a stone I only had a few weeklies about 10 no more I walk for an hour a day which is a hilly walk but i.ve always done that just thought weight would drop off seeing as before I started I was having takeaways wine lager several times a week!i am very stressed at the moment whether that's got anything to do with it?i don,t know thanks again for replying
 
sorry scoobysue just come back on I lost 2.5lbs this week but I think that was prob the vodka from the night before!!yeah I,m hanging in there it is a struggle though what day do you weigh.
 
My w.i is weds a.m. I don't find it easy I have to say but I am determined to stick at it. I can't be fat at 50 which is next year, its just got to come off, simple as!!
