On Saturday night has totally thrown me off plan for the whole week! I planned on counting how many vodkas I had & taking it out of my pro points but that didn't go to plan at all! I drunk so so much, I was sick as a dog the next day! So obviously all I wanted to eat was grease & stodgy foods! I just haven't managed to get back into it, and it's only my second week *embarassed* my new week starts tomorrow so back on plan!! Alcohol is the devil when it comes to dieting lol x
