Has anyone seen or tried Simple Start yet?
Ive looked at it online - just rejoined planning to start tomorrow. basically its just filling and healthy rebranded and with a few tweaks. instead of using your 49pp over the week you get 2 extra treats per day. Ive downloaded the app too (there is a dedicated simple start app) hopefully it will give me the boost i need to get back on track.
I got to goal with ww in 2011 but have regained most of my weight. ive tried other diets with the idea that a change would be good but it just hasnt worked so im back to try again with a plan i know fits my life. Im planning on doing propoints after a week or 2 on simple start.

1. Lose 7lbs -
2. Lose 14lbs -
3. Lose 21lbs -
4. Lose 28lbs -
5. Lose 37lbs -
nothing tastes as good as slim feels.......
I'm pondering on whether to try it.
I love the idea of no weighing or counting but I know I'm not a big meal eater (I gain weight either due to snacks or too many takeaways) so I won't feel the benefits.
I've followed both F&H and SW (both similar plans) and not been successful. I like my snacks too much and although I do have very healthy meals but I'd rather point them and have my little allowance for snacks. Plus the treat list for me is too restrictive.
Ill probably stick to PP and thrown in a few F&H days as I've been doing.

I.m really looking forward to starting this - I'm starting today. As I'm marathon training, I don't like too much restriction on what I eat - I found I got so hungry on propoints. So I'm looking forward to doing mainly simply filling (or filling and healthy, whatever it's called) with a few counting days thrown in if eating out / needed.

Have just seen the new ad, bit rubbish I think!
Interested in looking into this too, my portion control is not great so thinking i will prob stick to propoints but want to check it out first think it might be good when going on holidays where you cant really point anything, Ireland ww is rubbish we dont get any app's for either basic ww or the simple start, website is useless too dont have any forums or anything on it so wont get any info on it until my sister goes to her class nextweek.

Its very similar to SW my dd tells me if that's any help. I would have been able to give you more info but I gave her the new stuff I had/ I think she rejoins on Weds so will have her own and I could give you heads up then or maybe post it to you. I really have no use for it.
Hi , just started simple start! Like it a lot , but was wondering what cereal you can eat apart from shredded wheat????
Porridge / oats.
Puffed wheat (Morrisons and tesco do them ) --they're like sugar free sugar puffs
It says any whole grain cereal. Suppose you'd have to read labels. Bite size and original shredded wheat are the obvious ones.
