Anyone else starting or restarting inbetween xmas & new year?

Not really a re-start but couldn't weigh on my regular day this week (Xmas day) so hoping to get to one on Monday and get going again. Good luck Linz.
 
Well, I braved the weather. In reality OH was going out so I got him to take me! Anyway....3lbs on. I am quite relieved as I was thinking 5lbs +. I have also had the new stuff so intend having a good read tonight and seeing what its all about. How has everyone else got on?

Is there a lot of new material at the meeting? Other than the Simple Start. ..is the msin folder different at all?
Still debating on using the free voucher to get the new bits!! Xxx
 
Well I had the new brochure thing, you know the weekly one, plus a simple start brochure and a free cookery booklet to go with simple start so you might not need to rejoin. I don't know what you would get extra as such.
I don't think on reading it, its for me I like the pp's but who knows. We all like different aspects of different diets.

Thanks :) did it look like people were getting new starter packs? I was last a member in the summer so could get the new bits I guess.
Yes I don't think the new plan is for me either..I like the control of tracking :thumbup: xxx
 
I have made my official decision. Simple start not for me. Sticking with pp's. I eat quite healthily but I can eat LARGE amounts so I need portion control and think this new way would just give me way too much freedom.
 
I started a few weeks ago but have gone a bit crazy over Xmas and put on a lot of weight so I am trying to get back on track! Harder than I thought!!
 
How was your first day Linz???

I took a week off over Christmas so start again tomorrow. Debating whether to rejoin the gym or not... had some health issues this year so would only be to do cardio stuff. Feels like a bit of a waste since I can do weights or the classes but some exercise is better than none and since one of my symptoms is severe fatigue I though exercise would be good for that as daunting as it sounds!!!

Hiya, I'm not starting until 2nd jan when I get home but I CAN NOT WAIT!! Lol!!

I feel like I have been inflated!! I'm soooo uncomfortable :(

I was trying to decide between pp & the simple one but sticking to what I know with pp

I had a look at the new plan as well Gem but PP is the reason I picked WW. I'm pretty good for making stuff from scratch and don't eat ready meals but I cook enough food for an army... I need PP for portion control!!!

First day went great thanks! I had 40 out of my 41pp, and did an hour in the gym. Doing good so far today but it is still morning lol, I am determined tho. I'm currently sitting watching biggest loser as they inspire me.

Working tonight for Hogmanay, and just had a text from my boss saying to wear a nice too instead of my work shirt, I don't have any nice tips that blimming fit!! So looks like a trip to asda on the way to work is needed x
