What's for breakfast?

Feel free to merge this if it already exists, but on the slimming world board they have three separate threads for what people have had for breakfast lunch and dinner. I know people keep diarys here but it's just a way that everyone can post what they have had and the propoints/points that were in it, and I think it can be a great way of getting new ideas to have for these meals as you scroll through and see what others have had...

I'll start-my breakfast was quite boring lol - pineapple,grapes and mango- 0 pp
 
o i hate eating breakfast - but i am having a low point stir fry for dinner tonight so i had to have breakfast or id struggle to use all my points - - so i had belvita biscuits and some fruit and tea

the biscuits are the milk and cereal ones and are 6 points for 4
 
I'm doing a juice cleanse at the moment because I want to try and give my body a rest after the excesses of Christmas, so I'm not eating breakfast yet, but I have a food plan set out for when I finish my cleanse.

150g Yeo Valley natural yogurt - 3 PP
25g whey protein powder - 2 PP
Apple slices and/or banana - 0 PP

The 0% fat version is 2 PP for 150g.
 
Ooooo is this your first time doing a cleanse? Always been intrigued by them but am not sure I could stick to it!

Yes, it's my first ever cleanse. I've wanted to do one for a long time but I always made excuses as to why I couldn't. But it's the start of a brand new year, so I'm going to stick to it. 3x 250ml fresh fruit smoothies and 8x 250ml glasses of water a day for 8 days. I'm looking forward to completing it!

I'm not usually a breakfast eater but I think starting Weight Watchers is going to help me develop better eating habits. At least, I hope so!
 
Wow that sounds quite intense! Are the smoothies bought or do you make them yourself?

Hiya, I think some people take an amount of milk, say 500ml and point it at the start of the day and then they can use that without having to constantly try and point milk for tea etc.

I think that's what it means, hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong, I don't do it, I'm one of the rebels who doesn't count milk in my tea lol

How are you finding the plan so far? I think I recognise your name from the sw board

I had porridge and milk with some maple syrup on top-9pp

Bit higher than I'd like for breakfast, but it's the weekend, plus the wee sachets of oatso simple don't seem to fill me the same :-(

That is what it means :)
I only have one cup if ever so I don't count it either for a span and sweetner.

I had chopped banana with a strawberry shape yogurt 2pp

Ahhh I see, thanks for that :)

Yeah I defected to ww last night, my friend got me to have a look at site and I was shocked its nothing like I thought it was , much cheaper than sw and I love the app. I like to cook on a diet fresh food and sw just wasn't right for me anymore. I want to just eat fresh and healthy with a guide of when's enough.

Aww that's good you enjoyed your first day- I loved the food on sw but it was getting too expensive for me and I wasn't learning portion control, that's why we is suiting me better
