    Hello everyone!

    I've been lurking around this forum for a while loving to read all of your messages and i thought it was about time i introduced myself

    I think the support is tremendous and you all do so well i just had to sign up myself

    I'm a student nurse and since starting my training i've put on three stone. So two weeks ago i joined weight watchers and am down four and a half pounds! not sure how this all works but i want me one of those scale things

    Count EVERYTHING and write it all down.

    I can't work out how to put a picture up for my username!

    i'm probably just being daft but i'm going round in circles here looking for some instructions on how to set myself up! any advice appreciated re: navigating my way round!

    Ah rite thanks Starlight i've called of my search!

    Yes! Weight watchers is amazing, i love the freedom of being able to eat what i like because i love sweet things and eating out, the weigh ins are a bit daunting (i'm still the quiet loner at the back at the moment!) but they make me think twice before cheating because i don't want to let me leader down! I know its not cheap (well not out of my budget anyways!) but at the moment i think they are keeping me on track!

I've not had a good day- had a real hankering for some cheese and have blew my points on two slices of cheese on toast heaven! still i'm working tonight so hopefully that will keep me occupied and away from the fridge. Ohhhh weigh in tuesday! will let you know how i get on

    Pixie piratess your chocolate lab is absolutely gorgeous, i have a black labrador at home (miss him so much at uni!) how old is he/she?

    At least you kept within your points! As time goes on youll probably find you go for low fat alternatives without even thinking about it. Tescos LF Cheese & Kingsmill 50/50 Crustless isnt quite the same but at 3 points for 2 slices its enough for my craving when I get it
