Bran Flakes

I'm trying to do a bit of food prep/planning so that I can stick to the diet and I've worked out that 30g of bran flakes are 3 PP, but the food scales I have make it difficult to weigh things under 100g.

Does anyone know what 30g of bran flakes is in cup measurements? I've tried to Google it and it's coming up as anything between 1/2 cup, 3/4 cup and 1 cup.
