Just a quick questions. The exercise tracker in the WA iPhone app. When you track it (walking for example) - does it give you points according to how much you weigh etc or is it generic? I did 80mins of relatively slow paced walking today and it gave me 6 pp? Seems like quite a lot? Thought maybe it's due to my weight?
Personally, I would be wary of using the points you get from exercise, because it's incredibly difficult to gauge how many calories you've really burned. Even on exercise machines, they can be waaaay off and say you burned more than you really did.
But yes, the heavier you are, the more calories you'll burn from exercise.
Well I have a HRM for when I exercise so I believe this is fairly accurate :) Maybe I will put it on when I go for walks and see what it says...
