Hi all, have done ww many times in the past but have been diagnosed a few months ago with crohns disease. Have just finished the steriods which caused me to put a stone one, I need to lose about 2 stone in total. I was wondering if anyone has done ww with Crohns and cam advise on what to eat and what to eat and progress would be greatly appreciated. I am demented trying to decide between WW and SW.
