    Help! - Please.....

Hi Guys, I'm new to this forum today. I rejoined Weight Watchers on January 7th, I've been a member for a number of years but i'm up and down like a rollercoaster.
I keep falling off the wagon and whilst this should be easy, I'm finding it difficult. I think its also because I have no one to help me or share this with, I think it would be easier with more support. So hopefully I can meet some like minded people here who can help, encourage and support me.

I'm just finding that I keep saying oh I'll have this last big meal or chocs/crisps and I'll start pointing tomorrow but then tomorrow goes into the next day and the next day and before i know it the week is over and its another week wasted. I want it so badly yet I cannot seem to start. I've been carrying round the books in my bag saying oh i must go shopping and get the right food in but here we are Sunday night and they are still in my bag. If I could kick myself I would

I would like to lose 3 stone. I have been to my last two meetings and they do help. I was doing pro points but fell off the wagon.
I didnt try simple start, i didn't study it enough and just went onto propoints, is it good?

Hello I'm back on the waggon too as managed to put on nearly stone over xmas after a good 3 years of keeping it all off.
First time using PP's as was always on the old point system. First day of the diet today and have managed to only use my daily point without dipping into my weeklies. Still trying to get my head around the free fruit so munched my way through 2 oranges a banana and a pear.!!!!! better than the dreaded choccies at work tho.

You will find some amazing recipes on here too as well as the support

    Take care
    Vickyx

Good to "meet " you Timeforachange, and the others on this thread too :-) I'm doing WW online so came here for support with like minded people. I'm finding it a big help with support and keeping me motivated so hope you do too. I've lost about 19lb since last summer (the scenic route I know !!) I've restarted after a 5lb gain at Xmas and I lost 3lb first week then stayed the same then my 3rd weigh in is tmrw morning. I'm currently 11.2 (hopefully less by tmrws WI) and my goal is 10.

keep at it hun. I tend to find if I stay the same I tend to end up with a big loss after staying the same. think water retention plays a big part in it all too

STS isnt too bad better than a gain, just focus on this week and leave as much weeklies for weekend as you can and you should be fine
