Switching from VLCD to WW
As anyone else switched from a VLCD to WW to continue loosing weight. I lost just over 4st doing a VLCD but have decided that I want to lose the remaining 3st 10lbs doing WW. I want to do it more healthily whilst teaching myself how to eat well to I can keep the weight off permanently.
I just wondered how your bodies adjusted and what your losses were like. I am expecting to gain for the first couple of weeks until my body adjusts.
I've not done it but I'm doing it. I've just today switched from Cambridge TFR to ww! Good luck! Xx
