Potatoes

If I cook potatoes for chips 50g is 1pp but don't know if it raw or cooked if it's raw then how do I work out for then when cooked I.e. Per grams to per pp thanks to anyone who can help it's for when I use my health acti fryer with spoon of oil

Ello, yes the 50g of potato is raw per 1pp and it doesn't change if boiled but I wouldn't say for sure about cooked in the actifry.

I have always just weighed my potatoes before I cook them so I know the points

Not quite sure how you could work it out otherwise unless you looked at the points value of same weight for oven chips?

Hiya when I cook my potatoes in the actifry I weigh after cooking and count it as baked potato which does have a different pp value. Hope this is some help x
