STS Not sure what to do next.........

Hi ,
I'm having a bit of a dilemma at the moment as for 2 weeks now I have STS. I don't officially weight in till sat for this week but every morning I step on my scales and they are not budging which sounds daft but they usually do. I have 3/4 pieces of fruit per day and some free veg with dinner but I wouldn't say i'm overly using this.
I'm on 29pp so I was looking for advice as I was thinking of possibly dropping a point to see if that makes a difference or should I just stick out with the 29pp and hope my body reacts eventually. It's completely soul destroying counting and tracking everything that passes my lips to get nothing for it. :mad:
 
Are you doing a lot of exercise too?

I found that I would always lose, lose then only lose half a pound or STS every 3 weeks without fail! I also found that when I exercised a lot my weight loss slowed!!

However for some people if they up their fitness they see more losses on the scales! Everyone's different!

Maybe it's "what" you're eating? I'm such a carb junkie which also bloats me so I try not to overdo it now!

Have u taken pics or measurements? Remember, success isn't always measurable with the scales! :) don't be disheartened even though I know that it's hard not to be as you're working so hard to stay on track! Keep going and eventually it will pay off! Trust the plan. Xx

bugsbunny is spot on about success not always being measurable by weights.

For two weeks I'd lost 6lb in total, tried on a smaller pair of jeans but they didn't fit. The next 2 weeks I stayed the same weight but decided to try the jeans on on a whim and they fit!

I suggest using a tape measure as well as scales.
 
yep - bugsbunny is right, doesnt always show in the scales, but you maybe losing inches. your stats say your at goal? it gets harder n harder the less we have to lose. if your wanting to lose more, drop a point. and another thing, maybe TMI but make sure your regular (bowels) x
 
Tell me about it! TOTM bloats me/retains water like no tomorrow! Used to use Water Balance pills but dunno if they actually worked lol

Thanks for the reassurance girls. Yeah I work out quite a lot and lift a lot of weights so like you say I may not be losing weight but inches (or cms lol)I never use my exercise points so this might play on it too. I do feel skinnier if you know what I mean but I was just feeling frustrated not seeing it on the scales. I dropped a point anyways as my ww calculator says I should be on 29pp but the apps say 26pp so I thought I'd drop 1pp anyways see how I get on. Weight in tomorrow so all fingers and toes crossed
