When you fall off the wagon...

Say you had a really bad day food wise. Would you deduct everything from your weekly points or just write the day off? If I deduct from my weekly points I worry I will leave myself short for the rest of the week and that it will cause more bad food days but if I keep the points I will feel bad and guilty for not deserving them :( xxxx

Me personally, I write it off and start back the next day. If I don't, il fall off the wagon for longer. I sometimes feel guilty for eating points I don't technically have, but for me a bit of guilt is better than days of binging

write it off n get back on track :)

Thanks guys :) I think that's the safest way of dealing with it. I managed to restrain myself yesterday but I'm going through a rocky few days I think xxx

I had a "cheat day" yesterday.... And planned it because I knew I was going to costco and going to a party with alcohol and nibbles! However this morning I tried to estimate the damage anyway and I think it was only around 68-75pp.... So that's my daily 26pp plus my weekly 49pp so really I think I wasn't tooooo bad in the grand scheme of things!

The best thing is to just do your best! It's a marathon, not a sprint! So if you are unable to track and point for a few days, just point the days you CAN and definitely try not to guilt yourself of you will put yourself off :)

ive done this soooooooooooooooooooooooooo many times over the past two years, this weekend included! write it off and start afresh. dont starve yourself, just pick up and carry on, wont be as bad as you thought x

I had a cheat day on Saturday… and I think it HAS affected my weight loss…. however there's nothing I can do about it by sulking so am just gonna stay on track and exercise and hope that it comes off again soon :)
