Can I just say I love weight watchers.
Hi. I did WW some years ago going to meetings and lost 2 and a half stone stone and became a gold member. However ten years on and I became bigger than ever. I've messed about over the years and tried every diet under the sun. Slimming world, atkins, calorie counting, fast diet etc etc. Never did go back to weight watchers though (which is ironic saying it is the only one that I have stuck to) however mid January thought enough is enough and I joined WW online.
Well 5 weighin later I have lost 13lbs. 4 just this morning!!!!
I can feel the difference and sticking to the points isn't bothering me at all. I use about 15 of my weeklies and tend to spread them over the week so I have a couple of extra points each day to play with. This seems to work for me.

Your story echoes with me too! I have done Atkins and lost a stone (then put it on) I did Slimming World a few times and lost (but it was a hard graft) then, at 11st 4lbs I was at the end of my tether and after seeing the WW App I decided to give it a go as I was just about to start my teacher training course and it was not giving me much time to cook etc!
I lost 24lbs, got to goal and that was Jan-July 2012! While my weight has gone up and down since then, it's never been THAT extreme again! I'm currently 9st 8.5lbs after losing 3.5lbs the last two weeks and hoping to get down to 9st by Easter would be nice! However as long as I've lost it before my holiday in July then id feel happy
