Hi everyone I'm new to the site but did ww 13 yrs back with success. Alas I gave up smoking 9 yrs ago and have gained a fair bit of weight. Anyway I thought its about time I got back in shape. I've dug out my old vintage points book. Have ordered a calculator off ebay but would love it if anyone can share a track with me. Either printable or online.

Hi, there are some available for free on amazon, I use a Journal so I can't help but before buying my journal at class I was looking around. There are also some great free apps for tracking your food, there is one called Pro Tracker, it's free on the App Store!
