    Steady losses

I have been doing WW for 4 weeks now and have had steady losses of 2lbs a week which I am really pleased with. I'm hoping this will continue for another 4-6 weeks.

I am currently on 27pp and use all my weeklies. I know the lowest you can have is 26pp when I get down to that after a while do you think it would be wise to start reducing the amount of weeklies I use in order to keep the losses up?

    trial and error hun!
use ur weeklies as thats what they are there for,
if ur not losin then u could try reducing the amount to see if this helps!
but id try it first, why reduce them if u may still lose?

Thanks Shez, just been thinking about it today as I still have 3st 5lbs to lose and I'm already only on 27pp so made me think I'm going to have to do something or switch it up a bit to keep the loses coming otherwise I will be here forever
