I'm very lazy when it comes to planning food, could I buy WW ready meals + veg and desserts and eat 40g of something like fruit and fibre and lose weight?

I have worked out I would have 26 points to 'spend' each day

id say so ....
but ww meals arent very filling, so u may still have to prepare some veg/salad to bulk it out a little!
 
I was going to say the same as Shez they are small so need bulking out.

Hopefully you can do that without getting bored of them. I'm not sure how many there are to chose from
 
They are 2 for £3.00 in Tesco and Asda at the moment. Yes they are small but adding a 1/4 bag of frozen veg helps. I also had today 2 desserts.
 
Tbh you could do that. The best thing about WW (compared to SW) is you have that convenience about them instead of making meals from scratch! You can use your points to suit your lifestyle

yeah you can do this, but to echo what everyone else says, very small and do need bulking out, im also very lazy, but this is how ive lost all my weight. there is quite a large variety to be honest. iceland: 5 meals for £4quid. desserts are yummy.

also, id say, go buy a pro points calculator. x good luck x
