im new to weight watchers and my leader has recommended starting with simple start. Breakfast and lunch ok but what do you eat for dinner?
isnt dinner dry doing it this way? My other half likes sauces for dinner but I haven't a cle what to eat except spaghetti bolognaise or chilli.
please help. Have looked through some food diarys but they start off ok then go off on a tangent about dogs and log burners. Sadly neither of which bother me.
