    Wholewheat noodles

    Does anyone know if the blue dragon dry wholewheat (they are not egg/do not contain egg) noodles are ok to have on the simple start. Ingredients just say wholewheat flour 88%, water, salt. Although not on the list I can't see why with just those few/type of ingredients they shouldn't be but don't want to fill up on them only to find they're loaded with PP.

    Our leader told us that noodles were taken off the plan, I would llove if they were still on it they are so handy!
