Definitely google it. If you have ********* then search #booteauk or #bootea and there are some fab before/after pics. You take 1 tea every morning and another tea every other night (that's what's gonna act as a laxative lol tmi)

People have lost lbs and inches but tbh I'm not expecting it to be a quick-fix. I still need to exercise and eat well but I'm not following their eating plan as I'd rather follow WW but have no coffee or alcohol (which I don't anyway) or much meat. It says no meat unless it's lean. So far I've only had chicken and today I'm having sole fish. Surely that's better than stuffing my face with pizza lol!

Holland and Barrett are selling the 14-day pack for 20 which is the same as they sell online (minus the 3 delivery).

I will update if I've noticed any changes

I remember being warned off these "Green Tea Detoxes", as they are not a scam exactly but achieve any results with a strong laxative effect (extra strength senna among other things) which, erm, "empties you out" and that's what "aids" the weight loss. It doesn't help in the loss of fat really.

That said I do drink matcha and mint teas (normal strength) as I find they help with bloating and indigestion as part of a healthy diet rather than going on a big cleanse or detox. The best thing for Detox? Water.
