Jus wondering does anyone have a cheat due were they jus eat whatever they want don't count points or weeklies and if so does it affect weight loss...
I don't have cheat days but if I want a bit of a splurge I will use all my weeklies in one day but still point everything properly
I have a cheat day.
If I stop losing then it will have to stop tho.
i have cheat days around totm, doesnt affect weight loss. just stay the same which i honestly dont mind, its either that or rip someones head off

Yes, sometimes if I have something on but it takes the entire week then of being a saint just to get back to a STS result on the scales so it's not really worth it.
I'm not really sure a treat day would be sticking to a plan if they were regular, that's what the weekly allowance is for.
If I want a 'cheat' day then I'll use my weeklies in one go, but I'm trying to get out of the binge/starve cycle which is basically what cheat days encourage.
Obviously if it works for you then that's great x
I don't bother with cheat days more like cheat weeks. then I get back on the wagon.
Usually its the weeks that involve too much alcohol or birthdays/holidays ect.
I just had a cheat day that lasted over a week.

It's not technically cheating but I do have all of my weeklies when I get home from my class, usually a healthy takeaway, then I'm good for the rest of the week, hasn't affected my weight loss so far.
