Newbie kind Of
so i started weight watchers this morning and i am wondering if i have eaten too much
for breakfast i had
a small banana and an apple
four slices of calories controlled brown bread (they are really small slices like weight watchers size)
salad in the middle (lettuce and onion tomato) and two slices of ham
for lunch i had
some baked beans
and two eggs fried in 2 teaspoons of oil
then i had a yogurt and some strawberries for a snack
and i was planning on having a pork stir fry with no oil for dinner
is that two much?
are you doing filling& healthy? if so, sounds great to me. doesnt sound too much at all. good luck, once you get into the swing of things, you realise what you want and what you need.
