    Ready meals

    Does anyone else eat a lot if ww ready meals, bars, yogurts etc I eat a lot jus find them handy u know the points etc is this bad

    I don't think it's bad at all but I find I can get better meals by making things from scratch. I use them for when I'm at work as I work 12 hr shifts

    I don't eat them for every meal but I do have a few in the freezer. I especially love the Spag Bol
