Classes are the worth it
I know this is a very open question but are classes worth it. I'm currently an online subscriber and have been considering going to class. I'm still 100% on the diet and am loosing slowly I just feel a bit like I'm stuck in a rut so was thinking classes might be the way to go to get new ideas and tips from others.
I'm also considering doing simple start for 2 weeks to see if that helps boost my motivation and looses.
For the people who go to classes what do you 'get' from them?

i did online for 18 months, got to goal and starting gaining shortly after, ive been at a class now for 4 week and love it. deffo worth it and wish id have gone sooner. x
I love going to my meeting each week, defiantly feel like it really helps me, I like knowing that I have someone weighing me each week, also love getting my new books for my weight watchers folder, I look forward to every Tuesday evening now just because of my meeting/weigh in :)
I did WW before it changed over and I didn't like it. My adviser would 'tell me off' in front of everyone for not eating all my points every week (I couldn't eat that much! I wasn't - and still am not - a big eater!) and the group was loud and boistrous and full of the types who just wanted to chat about who they met up with and did the horizontal tango with every time. It's a shame as it was a nice 2 mile round trip walk there and home each week, but I couldn't continue it.
Might be worth you trying a couple of groups if possible to see which is right for you? It's a great incentive knowing that someone is weighing you in each week and you can't 'hide' from it.
I love the classes. Leader is very good and straight to the point when it comes to losing weight. Supportive and keeps in touch throughout the week too :)
I also love being able to buy loads of good stuff from the classes too. xxx
