I know this is a very open question but are classes worth it. I'm currently an online subscriber and have been considering going to class. I'm still 100% on the diet and am loosing slowly I just feel a bit like I'm stuck in a rut so was thinking classes might be the way to go to get new ideas and tips from others.
I'm also considering doing simple start for 2 weeks to see if that helps boost my motivation and looses.
For the people who go to classes what do you 'get' from them?
