Weightwatchers Food Products

Little Miss Christmas
I have to admit I'm not actually doing Weightwatchers as a diet, but I am buying some of their products as they're lower calories than some of the alternatives. It started off when they became available in poundland, but now I'm finding myself actively seeking them out in the supermarkets too.

I'm definitely pleasantly surprised by just how nice they taste!

Do you have any reviews about how some of them taste or any other comments or recommendations? :)

  • Bacon - beautiful! so little fat too so it doesn't shrink when in the george forman grill!
  • Cheese and onion quiche - I'd never tried quiche before so I was a little unsure as to whether I'd like it or not. It was LUSH!
  • The toffee mini pot ice cream - best toffee flavoured icecream I've ever had! So flavoursome!
  • Ginger and lemon cookies - I am a big ginger nuts fan so I was pleased to find these. I also LOVE that they are portion controlled in 2 biscuit packs. It's easier to eat just the two than have a packet open right there and just be greedy with it.

Haven't tried that yet but thanks for the heads up :)

Have bought the sausages to try, will perhaps do a 'healthy' full english for tomorrow nights tea (grilled turkey bacon, grilled ww sausages, poached egg and beans etc)

Ooh forgot to mention the malted danish bread. It's a bit crap for toast (ie you touch it roughly and it shatters) but it's tasty and only 51 calories a slice :)

I've always bought their yogurts! Some of the meals are tasty, I think the malted Danish is great for sarnies. The bagels are nice. I've got some of their tuna in the cupboard to try! The dairy spread is fab, and I've tried the bacon before too. Wasn't too keen on the sausages though!

Doesn't bode well for me ;)

The malted danish loaf was really a surprise for me. It might be small and thin but the calories are awesome and it tastes really nice :)

I'm not sure if it was just my box, but I wasn't so keen on the taste of the apple cinnamon cookies/biscuits. They were very dark brown on the bottom and had an aftertaste like they were burnt a bit.

I love their lemon slices! And the caramel mallows. Doesn't taste like diet food at all! X

They're not brillant are they. They're tasty enough though, I didn't leave any and will buy them again if the urge to have a full english comes again.
