    Paleo since Apr 2012 9st 9lbs got to 8st 7lbs October 2012 and with focus,exercise and motivation have stayed below 9st since.

    It's been available for a while Had both SW and WW on referral years apart from each other, apparently from people on here, it's not available at every surgery/town though so it's worth asking.

    Apparently, dunno how true as i've never asked (have a heart problem) you can get gym time too?
    Goal: Lose 10lb by July 31st
