Hi,

Can someone work out my pro points allowance please? Considering starting ww and hoping I won't starve!

Age 29
Height 5 ft 4
Weight 14st 3lbs
Activity office worker , no exercise

30 Daily PP plus 49 Weekly PP :) I'm 29 too :) x Are u going to give the plan a go? X

I'm considering it yeah, iv done sw but it just seems like such a chore ! I need something new to get my teeth into .
Is it easy to do it online or would you recommend class? X

Hey! I got to goal in 19wks with WW PP last year and I'm planning on going back on plan tomorrow. I didn't do it with Meetings or Online, I used Value Diary which is a sort of fake WW app where u can track, work out pp etc and Minimins. The combination of those two things was all I needed and best of all it was free! X
 
Sorry to jump on your thread but I have the exact same fear if being starving! Can't get to a meeting until next week so could a kind person work out my pro points please?
