Thinking of Changing from SW to WW - Can I ask a couple of Q's?

Elemental

Chasing the Rainbow
Hiya,

I am thinking of doing WW instead of SW for 3 reasons mainly.

1) I have recently discovered that I am lactose intolerant, and all dairy alternatives eat up my syn allowance (where fat free dairy would have been free)
2) I have high cholesterol, and the sort of foods that help lower LDL are foods like avocado, seeds, nuts, olive oil - all are very heavy on syns
3) I find that all the free pasta and carbs stunt my weight loss as I'm very sensitive to starchy foods.

Anyway I was thinking of starting WW this week but wanted to know how appropriate it will be for my dietary needs. Such as, are things like avocado, seeds and soya particular high in points?

Hoping someone who knows all the points well can advise me!

Hey :)

WW can be followed in two ways...

PP which is that you have your Daily Allowance (26pp Min) and your Weekly Allowance (49pp for everyone) and you can spend them on whatever you want! As far as I remember Avocado is 4pp for a half and Soya is very low in PP, I can't remember the pp exactly but I know it was low as I used if! Which seeds in particular do you like?mi will look up the PP for you.

F&H which means you still have your Weekly Allowance of 49pp but you can eat unlimited from this list of foods...

You will note that although Soya Mince and unsweetened soya milk are included, you will still have to use your 49pp allowance for your Avocado and Seeds.

I'm a big fan of WW and personally follow the PP Plan but everyone is different, I hope that I might have helped, any further questions, please ask.
