Newbie class or home?
I'm Katie and I'm planning on starting filling and healthy tomorrow. I have an 8 week old baby and my nearest class that I can get to is 10 miles away at 10am, I'm not sure whether to attempt this or have a go on line and weigh in here. I do think I will achieve more if I'm accountable to someone what are your thoughts?
Also any tips for avoiding 3am binges lol I usually shove a couple of biscuits in!! Maybe a crumpet would see me through?
Hi Kate, if a class would suit you better, then give it a go - you can always switch to online if it doesnt work for you or its not easy to get there. Crumpets are good on f&h so ideal for a eam snack, lol
