Vintage Pointer / WW Discover Plan - anyone doing this?
I'm a newbie to Minimins and this board. I've just had my second baby and now need to shread at least 5.5st
I have done WW before on the old discover plan and lost 5st in about 8 months and it has been the only diet to work for me, however several years later and two children the weight has crept back on and I'm determined to lose it again and get to goal.
Any helps, support or advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have dug out my old green file and my calculator and started my journey this morning.
