Can soeone please help me to find out my daily pro points allowance please
can anyone help me please I am just starting and im mixed up with daily allowance _i dont attend a class but have joined a gym and want to follow pro points

Female - i sit all day at work but attend gym/swim Tuesday -Friday and i am 42 can anyone tell me my daily prop points or point me where i could find out please
I thought 44 daily but have been advised it may be more
I just worked it out on my calc and its saying 44.
Not sure how much exercise points you would get tho for your swim/gym workout.
