Another one from sw. Being a busy nurse working all shifts it isnt doing it for me this time. So I'm trying ww, a big pulling point for me is the app So looking forward to using this. I'm using value app first as I don't get paid till next week is it worth buying the official app ???? I also have a birthday and a two week holiday To tackle but then nothing till Xmas. With seven eeeek stone to lose I know it will beva long slog
 
I have the official app which I get free as part of online subscription, which at just over £10 a month seems like a bargain to me :) I love the app, I track food on it on the go, can access points anywhere. Which makes being out and about so much easier.
 
Good luck Keegan. I am with Salazar in that I am an online member and use the app as well as the online features. Well worth the money every month.
 
I'm starting again on Monday but the official app is free if you pay by monthly pass!
I was doing slimming world but I work as a support worker and I'm a student nurse so not always easy to eat things off the list so I am going to see if propoints fits in easier! X

I'm a support worker too and struggle sometimes with lunches mostly as I'm driving about from house to house all day I hate having to carry lunch with me everywhere it ends up soggy in this heat lol.

Yeah I know especially sandwiches... I got a fab lunchbox from asda last year with a ice pack in it! My problem is more I have quite a few different service users and each day is their "day out" so on average I'm taken to: subway x2, a chippie, a breakfast, mcdonalds x2, and Chiquitos in one week! And they all want you to eat with them lol!!

I have one too although more recently I bought myself a lunch handbag too from Asda with extra ice packs in.
The social calls are the hardest I agree as they all want you to join them for a meal or cake lol x

Another deflector here! I have my first group tomorrow morning, but have signed up for the monthly pass so have had a go at pointing the last few days :) I'm finding it so much better compared to SW, yes, there is less food, but the choices are so much better! :D
 
Me too!
I am finding WW Simple Start great as I love having their wraps or pitta's with ham/chicken and salad and fat free salad dressing at lunchtime and then a couple of crumpets with either fried eggs or extra light laughing cow cheese triangle when I get in after work and before I cook tea.
This suits me much better.

I'm a SW deflector too :) although there has been a gap between the two! Just done my first week on ProPoints and lost 4lb, sooo pleased! SW was good if I wasn't at work and had time to cook, but WW is so convenient!
 
I had to have a 3 week gap between SW & WW as SW made me so unwell :( I love F&H, all the free bread products & the oil! I love the oil allowance.. My actifry chips have never been nicer <3
Today I'm pointing. I love the flexibility of WW. First weigh in is on Saturday, I'm so nervous!
 
There seem to be a lot of us sw defectors on minimins. I changed over last night as the ww group is next door to my new job so no excuse not to go.
