WW difference?

I recently changed over from SW after doing it since 2007 and although I loved SW and it worked for me I need something different and easier to fit in with my lifestyle now.

WW is so much better than SW because these are all free food:

Skimmed milk
Crumpets
Warbutons brown sandwich thins
WW wraps
WW tortillas
WW petit pains
WW pitta breads white or wholemeal
WW Danish brown loaf
Hovis wheatgerm loaf
Mustard
Fat free jelly
Porridge oats
Nestlé shredded wheat and shredded wheat bitesize
Puffed wheat
Wheat bran
2 tsp of healthy oil a day (like olive oil etc).

All these foods being free on WW make things so much easier for me as I can grab a quick sandwich or have a bowl of cereal whenever I feel like it instead of having to think about healthy extras or syns.
Its nice to be able to drink unlimited tea and coffee too with skimmed milk being free.
I absolutely love the plan. Its fantastic.

If you want to know more about Simple Start & Filling & Healthy Hun I will post you a link I made for it. xxx

Thanks. I did see your another thread which was really helpful. How long have you been doing simple start and how much have you lost?

I'm glad you found it helpful Hun. I've also got my food diary thread on here too.
When I joined I wanted to lose around 14-16lbs in total.
I did Simple Start on my first week and lost 3.5lbs, then moved onto filling & healthy and lost 1.5lbs, then 1lb, then 2.5lbs.
I've just had 2 weeks off plan as I stayed in Cornwall with a friend but I'm back on Simple Start this week for a good boost.

Are you thinking of joining WW then?xxx

Hi again,

Seems like good results. I'm thinking about it. You might have seen my posts on other forums, basically not doing too well. I go on holiday in 3 weeks and only gaining weight rather than losing a bit before I go.

I've tried them all and with stress eating it is all a disaster. I thought the simple start diet might be the way forward to regulate my eating and lose a bit.

Planning to portion control and eat more veg and fruit on holiday with as much walking as possible.

Maybe simple start and filling when I come back. It seems more appealing than SW.

I wonder if creativity is required with meals?

With WW I've found I can still pretty much enjoy the SW meals that I used to make. In fact I can do more now on WW with the extra free foods.
At the moment WW is only £10 for the first month so it's great for trial price. This is what tempted me over and now I'd never go back to SW. Enjoy your holiday then see what you feel like doing when you're back :) xxx
