My name is Louise. Im a married mammy of a little girl (3) and a littler boy (2) and I work full time. I thought it was time to loose the baby weight from the kids (;) calling it baby weight but was kinda always there ahem*). I joined my local class on Saturday and Im doing a simple start week. Going ok so far but man....Im hungry! :eatdrink023:

Louise on Simple Start you eat until you feel satisfied you should not be feeling hungry as I think this is the whole point of the plan.

If you write down what you are eating I am sure some of the other members will be able to help you out with some ideas to help you feel full for longer.



Also make sure you are drinking enough water.

Today for brekkie I had 2 big spoons of dry porridge oats and 2 big spoons of 0% fat greek yoghurt and berries. I had a small banana for a snack. Then I had a salad with half a tin of tuna and a slice of turkey with some dressing and a carrot and red pepper soup. Had some strawberries there too. Thought Id eat the table before lunch!
 
Hi Hon, haven't done Simple start myself I stay on pp's but I agree with Mini. You should not be hungry on any of the plans I don't think. Keep at it, I'm sure some who is more knowledgeable on SS can guide you .x
