Not loosing weight :( help please!

Hi everyone.

I've been on weight watchers for 6 weeks now. The first 3 weeks were great and I lost 18lb :). However the last 3 weeks I've not lost anything and can't understand why I'm stuck.

Im allowed 32 points a day and here's an idea of what I am eating.

Breakfast- 2 weetabix with skimmed milk.
Snack- banana.
Lunch- either a jacket potato with tuna and salad or fish and vegtables.
Snack- fruit.
Evening (i usually have sweet cravings so) 2 meriunge nests with strawberries and a ww youghurt.
I drink no calorie flavoured water throughout the day.

Aswel as running around after my 8 month old I walk 2/3 miles a day and do an hour of my excersise dvd during the evening.

Can anyone suggest where I am going wrong?? I'm really keen to continue with ww but feeling a little discouraged after the last few weeks.

I don't tend to no. I just about manage to eat what I do, Being so busy all day.

Ok well first of all you really should think about eating your weeklies! They are there to be used, and if you don't use them now, you'll have less wriggle room later on when you've dropped a load of weight and you start to potentially plateau. So please, please eat your weeklies! That's what they are there for :)

Secondly, I can totally empathise with you- i've also hardly lost or not lost for the last 3 weeks. Now I personally think for me it could be due to not drinking enough water, so give that a go and see how you get on. It can be something as simple as that which makes a big difference.

Thirdly, it can be so easy to underestimate portion sizes etc. Make sure you weigh and measure everything :p

Finally, if you have started any additional exercise in the last few weeks, that can be a factor- but I would expect after 3 or 4 weeks that it would be unlikely.

If things don't pick up you could try a filling and healthy day or a few days on simple start. Good luck, and a massive well done to you for what you have achieved so far :)
 
Ooops, I should have also said that if you only just about manage to eat what you do, just add extra stuff to your meals to add some points- cheddar cheese, oil for cooking, butter etc. Or snack on chocolate if you have a sweet tooth. I'm not advocating eating bad stuff for the sake of it, but a few extra points from these foods (taken from your weekly 49) might help :)
 
yeah well done on the weight loss! sorry if this is a bit personal but if you have the mirena coil fitted ive read that can be a factor in weight loss or lack of it. i had it fitted when i was following WW last year and was also running 3 times a week. im losing weight at roughly the same rate now with no additional exercise but had the coil removed. just a thought. dont let this disourace you, you will get there and yeah i'd second the weeklies :)
