    monthly visitor and weight loss

this is probably going to be daft but can your period have an effect on losing weight? I'm asking as until recently i hadnt had a period in years (had the mirena coil fitted). I've been following WW for around 5-6 weeks and have been losing every week but this is the first week i've stayed the same although ive stayed within the points but also have my period. sorry if anyones eating lunch! hehe was just wondering if there's a connection? Hope so

Yes I think weight loss often slows down during TOTM as you retain more water x

TOTM can be awful for me sometimes. I came off the pill in January and I have been quite unsettled since. I have been having them on and off then sometimes nothing at all for at least 3 months.
I do find my body retains water at this time though and that will have an affect on your weight loss. Peppermint tea helps soothe a little though if you are feeling sluggish or bloated. xxx
Here is my weight loss & food diary. Would love to see you there
